As Australia starts to open back up in a post COVID world, we can hope that the quotation requests start to flow back into our inboxes. My inbox has been singing crickets to me over the past few months.
If you want I’d be more than happy to share my quotation templates with you. I think we can all learn something from each other to grow our businesses.
I have 3 different methods of quoting clients. Firstly is my pricing guide, which anyone can see from my website. I’m currently creating a downloadable pricing guide which will have pictures and pricing but it’s a work in progress.
If a client emails requesting pricing for X bouquets, X buttonholes, arbour flowers, x centrepieces etc.. which I feel is more price shopping than genuine enquiry, then I’ll do up a quick itemised quote using a word template. I just change the description and maybe some imagery, quantities and add up the new tally. I try for these ones to take as little time as possible (but still maybe 20 minutes per one).
If a client comes to me with a mood board, details on wedding location, colours, as well as a list of required items and wants to arrange a consultation, then I’ll spend time (over one hour) creating a Floral Proposal in Canva. I have a template but I customise it for each client brief.
If you would like a copy of my templates please head over to my instagram, like my page and send me a DM with your email address.
